We strive to fulfill all orders promptly and accurately. If any issues arise with your order, we will notity you as soon as possible. Prices may change over time, but we aim to keep them fair and transparent. Payment is required at the time of order, and we accept all payment methods listed at checkout. If you experience any issues during the payment process, feel free to contact us for assistance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days (depending on order size). However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the performance of the courier services. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery,Mela reads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are only accepted if the items arrive damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.

For "Blind Date with a Book," returns based on personal preference are not accepted, as the element of surprise is a key feature. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

When eligible, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mela Reads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, loss of data, or dissatisfaction with product expectations beyond the stated policies.
